I came from a Christian home and gave my life to Christ and was baptised in Worcester, where I grew up. I moved to Leamington Spa with my wife Bridget in 1990 having lived in various parts of the country. My wife died from cancer on Easter Day in 2005.
I have been a deacon for most of the time I have been here and Treasurer from 2014. I also led the fund raising for the new church building in the late 1990s. I have served the wider Baptist family as Treasurer of the Baptist Union of Great Britain until August 2013 having previously been Treasurer of the Heart of England Baptist Association (our local Association). I continue to serve on three national organisations of the Baptist family.
I help at our Meet ‘n’ Eat lunches on Fridays and occasionally lead and preach at services.
